Niall McCracken joined the team in July 2008 having just completed his post graduate diploma in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Sheffield. He first realised his journalistic ambitions during his Bachelor of Science with honours (BSC Hons) degree in Politics at the University of Ulster. Having worked in England in both BBC and commercial radio, he returned to Northern Ireland joining Below the Radar as a video journalist before moving into the documentary side of the house.  After working on a number of the company’s flagship programmes including the In Your Corner Series, Peter Robinson-First Minister and Hume, Niall has now joined the team as a journalist for The Detail, a new ground breaking online current affairs and news investigation website.
